ENDEMIX cold press virgin oil production is carried out at minimum temperatures possible.  This prevents the unsaturated fats and other functional ingredients from getting spoiled. Each batch is checked for contents with Gas Chromatography so we know that our products are within specified limits. ENDEMIX virgin oils are stabilized with EndemOx, odorless rosemary antioxidant extract to improve their shelf life.

We grant a shelf life of minimum two years if stored under suggested conditions.
