Legislations about artificial ingredients are becoming stricter day by day. At ENDEMIX, we are trying to help food manufacturers adjust to this transition.

It is possible to substitute artificial colours with their natural alternatives. However, natural colours and extracts are often accompanied with an undesirable odour and flavour. As an example, the odour and taste of paprika makes its oleoresin unfavourable to be used in food products like sweets, ice creams, juices, etc.

ENDEMIX has been developing processes to overcome such challenges. Some of them being unique, ENDEMIX applies techniques that result in odour and flavour free natural replacements of synthetic colours. Supercritical CO2 extraction and free of synthetic solvents allows ENDEMIX to claim its colours to be 100% natural. This very selective process helps to standardize colours to required concentrations.

Please keep in mind that ENDEMIX can also extract new natural colours for your specific needs. All ENDEMIX colours can be provided water or oil soluble as well as in powder forms.

ColorMix line of products are stabilized with EndemOx, natural antioxidant extracted from rosemary leaves.
