Natural Spearmint Flavouring

It is a breakthrough 100% natural spearmint flavour extracted from spearmint (Mentha spicata L.) leaves.

The preserved top and back notes give fresh and natural senses to the aroma. This viscous liquid has a uniquely rich and highly concentrated spearmint aroma.

Proprietary to ENDEMIX, the specific CO2 extraction process brings out this rich and intense aroma by capturing a greater range of components from the plant when compared to conventional methods.

No heat or solvent is applied during this process. So, on top of its superb flavouring property, functional properties of mint such as antiseptic and stimulant are well preserved. Result is that it can be added to any sweet and savoury foods with additional benefits over regular spearmint flavourings.
